In the interest of better health care and monitoring, repeat prescriptions generally will not be issued without doctor-patient contact. Where it has been agreed that repeats will be issued without an appointment, 48 hours notice is required if it is to be collected. Please allow an additional 3-4 days if it is to be posted. There is a fee of $10.00 for repeat prescriptions that cannot be reimbursed by Medicare.

Our bulk billing policy has changed. Bulk billing will only be available to children under 16 during normal business hours. Concession card holders will incur a small gap. DVA card holders will be bulk billed at all times. For patients outside of these groups, there will be a small out-of-pocket expense for most consultations. We will continue to bulk-bill all Health Assessment and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
