An appointment is required to be seen at the surgery. Please call our receptionist to make an appointment or book online. We do not accept walk-in patients, unless it is a medical emergency. We keep a number of appointments open each day for patients who are sick and need to be seen quickly. To get access to these appointments please ring our receptionist at 8.00am.
Unless organized otherwise with your doctor, please make an appointment to discuss results of tests. You are able to ring for the results of urine samples, cervical screening and pregnancy tests.
Our Practice Nurses offer a range of services, assisting the doctors, including:
A sickness certificate can only be provided as a result of a consultation. A certificate cannot be backdated or provided via a telephone request.
Due to the increased risk of COVID-19 in South Australia, our doctors are delivering consults predominantly via telephone or video telehealth. A large proportion of routine medical care can safely be performed over telehealth.
A telephone consult with a doctor can be booked through our website.
If your problem requires an examination, a safe face-to-face appointment will be scheduled.
If you have symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or a loss of sense of smell or taste, then a COVID-19 test is necessary. Please refer to the SA Health website for a list of COVID-19 clinics and testing centres. If you are uncertain, please book a telephone consult with your GP who will discuss and arrange this.
Call 000 if you need urgent medical assistance.
