Biography

Dr Jennifer Lau completed her studies at the University of New South Wales in 2013.  Since then, she has undergone General Practice Training in rural Adelaide.

Dr Lau is qualified to offer RECREATIONAL Dive Medicals to patients. This appointment type requires two visits.

She enjoys looking after her patients as a whole and is interested in preventative medicine, iron infusions, GP shared care, paediatric health and chronic disease management.  In her spare time, Dr Jennifer enjoys spending time with her Labrador and scuba diving off our beautiful beaches.

Fee Increases

From July 2023, our fees have increased by a small amount. This decision has not been made lightly and is necessary due to the ongoing discrepancy between operating a general practice clinic and low increases to Medicare rebates offered by the Federal Government.  Changing from Bulk-Billing to Mixed Billing

Our bulk billing policy has changed. Bulk billing will only be available to children under 16 during normal business hours. Concession card holders will incur a small gap. DVA card holders will be bulk billed at all times. For patients outside of these groups, there will be a small out-of-pocket expense for most consultations. We will continue to bulk-bill all Health Assessment and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
