If you feel there is any way in which we can improve our service to you, or if there are any problems you would like to discuss, please speak to the Practice Manager or tell our receptionist or your doctor.

We believe that problems are best dealt with within the practice. However, if you feel there is a problem which you wish to take up outside, you may prefer to contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner.

COVID-19 Vaccinations

Elizabeth Family Health has been selected by the Australian Government to supply COVID-19 vaccines to eligible patients. Check your eligibility, or visit www.health.gov.au for more information. If you have further personal questions about eligibility or the COVID-19 vaccination, please book a regular or telephone consult with your usual GP.

Coronavirus Health Alert

The threat level of COVID-19 in South Australia is escalated. For the safety of our patients and staff, we encourage telephone appointments (where possible).

If a face-to-face appointment is required, it will be time-limited, and we request that all patients wear a face mask while in the clinic.

We have a COVID19 triage process and you may be requested to wait outside or in your vehicle.

We will require you to observe social distancing >1.5m and we will limit the number of patients in the waiting room.

If you have symptoms of the flu, a cold, or a loss of sense of smell or taste, then a COVID-19 test is necessary. Please refer to the SA Health website for a list of COVID-19 respiratory clinics and testing centres.

If you are unwell and do not have respiratory symptoms, please ask for a telephone appointment with a GP, where possible a safe review will be arranged.

Please be patient our clinic is determined to be COVID-19 safe.
