Our practice is dedicated to the confidential security and privacy of your health information. At times, our doctors will take part in research, professional development and quality assurance. This can involve the collection of patient data, which will always be de-identified. Those involved in analysis of data would not be able to identify which patient has been included.

Extra Medicare benefits with MyMedicare

 The doctors at our clinic are mixed billing

Our bulk-billing policy has changed. Bulk billing will only be available to children under 16 and DVA Cardholders for an appointment during regular business hours. For patients outside of these groups, there will be a small out-of-pocket expense for most consultations. We will continue to bulk-bill all Health Assessment and Chronic Disease Management Plans. This decision has not been made lightly, and is necessary due to the ongoing discrepancy between operating a general practice clinic and low increases to Medicare rebates offered by the Federal Government.
