IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE
We are pleased to inform our patients that standard consultations will be BULK BILLED from 1st November 2025 onward. This means eligible patients (those with a valid Medicare card) will not incur any out-of-pocket costs for standard GP visits.
PLEASE NOTE: Procedures and those visits not on the Government’s Eligible Services list will continue to attract a gap payment due to the additional time, equipment, and resources required. If you are unsure whether your appointment will include a gap, please speak with our Reception team members. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Procedures, such as skin lesion removal, are subject to an additional fee of $40 for treatment room costs. More complicated minor surgery will incur a higher fee which will be explained by your GP.
Iron infusion fee $100; no Medicare rebate applies to this service.
Please call us if you cannot attend your appointment.
We work hard to provide our patients with exceptional care. If you cannot attend your appointment, please call us to cancel it so we can make that time available to another patient needing our help.
Please understand that we assign highly trained nurses and doctors for these appointments, and there are many other patients who would appreciate this time. With appropriate notice, we can give your appointment to someone else.
Fees for unattended appointments will be charged as follows:
Weekdays
$30.00 fee for appointment not cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Saturdays
$30.00 fee for appointment not cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Care Plan appointments
$30.00 fee for a Care Plan appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
